Three dress styles fill the catalog
There are 45 dresses, 15 of each style.
Shirt dresses run from $30.99 to $62.99 and come in cotton, corduroy, denim, plaid and printed versions. Velvet dresses cost $34.99 to $62.99 and include babydoll, wrap, corset and maxi cuts, two of them made for plus sizes. Lace dresses, $32.99 to $77.99, go from eyelet minis to a lace pencil midi.
Sizes span XS to 5XL. On 38 listings, the maker’s size chart sits in the description.
A partner in China packs every order
Every order leaves from China.
Once a buyer pays, ChantMantras sends the order to a third-party fulfillment partner in China that stocks the dresses, packs the one ordered and mails the parcel directly to the buyer. Packing takes 2 to 3 business days and the carrier 13 to 15 more, for a total of 15 to 18 business days from the order day, with import duties paid before the parcel enters the United States.
Longer delivery is the main trade-off
Waiting is the price of this setup.
A dress from China needs 15 to 18 business days, and there is no express service to shorten that. A change-of-mind return also leaves the buyer paying the return postage. Both facts are printed where a buyer sees them before paying: on every product page, in its delivery tab, and throughout these policies.

ChantMantras does not make dresses to measure, does not alter them and does not sell wholesale. Parcels go nowhere outside the 48 contiguous states and DC.

What we can offer in its place is figures, the same on every page of this site: 15 to 18 business days for delivery, $6.60 for shipping below $129 and nothing from $129, 30 days to ask for a return, a $0 restocking fee and a refund completed within 7 business days of a passed inspection.
Our dresses wait in a partner’s warehouse in China until someone orders one, and the partner packs the dress and hands the parcel to the carrier. A late parcel, a damaged dress or a refund that has not shown up is ours to sort out, so the support team below is the right place to write.
One request from our side: read the maker’s chart before picking a size. Eighteen styles run small, and seven come with no chart at all. When a dress arrives more than 1.5 inches (4 cm) away from its chart, tell us; the listing gets corrected and the return costs the buyer nothing.
