Contact Us
Effective date: Oct. 15, 2026
This page is for buyers and visitors who need to reach ChantMantras, and it lists each channel with its hours and reply time.
One inbox handles every request
The address is contact@chantmantras.com.
Questions about an order, requests to return a dress and privacy requests all land there, and the support team reads every message.
The business address is in Midway, Georgia
LUCY WATKINS FUNY LLC, 173 River Birch Ln, Midway, GA 31320, United States.
A return goes to the address sent by email with its return approval.
Support hours run 8 AM to 5 PM ET
The support team works weekdays.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM ET, and US federal holidays are days off.
Replies come within 1 business day
Every email and form message is answered within 1 business day.
Weekend mail waits for the next business day and is cleared before that day ends.
Phone calls are answered during support hours
The line is +1 (912) 559-0517.
Calls are picked up during support hours. At other times email is the better choice, because the support team works through the inbox first thing on the next business day.
The contact form goes to the support team
Messages typed into the form below are read by the support team.
It asks for four things: a name, an email address, a subject and the message itself.
Order numbers speed up answers
Put the order number in the first line.
Add the email used at checkout as well. For a damaged or wrong dress, one photo that shows the size tag beside the problem lets the support team decide without a second round of questions.
Subject lines sort privacy requests
Two subject lines route privacy mail.
Write Privacy request for a copy of personal data, a correction or a deletion, and Opt-out for stopping any sale or sharing. Both go to contact@chantmantras.com.
International callers add the +1 code
Calls from abroad need the country code.
It is a US number with the 912 area code of coastal Georgia, so dial +1 first when calling from outside the United States.
