Privacy Policy

Effective date: Oct. 15, 2026

This policy is for buyers and visitors of chantmantras.com, and it sets out what personal information LUCY WATKINS FUNY LLC collects, the reason for each item and the companies that receive it.

This policy covers the site, email and phone

Three channels are covered: the website, email and the phone line.

The contact form counts as part of the website. LUCY WATKINS FUNY LLC, trading as ChantMantras, decides how the information is used, and any new service that would receive buyer data appears on this page before it goes live.

Personal information, on this page, means a detail that points to one person: a name, an email address or a street address, for example.

Checkout collects contact and delivery details

An order needs a handful of fields.

The fields are name, email address, phone number (for the carrier) and the billing and shipping addresses, and the dresses, sizes and colors chosen are saved alongside them. No account is required to buy. Any message or photo sent to the support team is filed with the order, and the checkout form has no field for a Social Security number, a birth date or a driver’s license number.

Each visit leaves a short server record

The web server writes one line per request.

A line holds six things: IP address, browser, device, the page asked for, the page that linked to it and the time. Cloudflare, which screens traffic before it reaches the server, reads the same line to stop attacks. Its Web Analytics script also counts page views and load times, without cookies, and no analytics script tracks a visitor from one site to another.

Payment companies and carriers report back

Some data arrives from partners.

Stripe and PayPal send back three facts: whether the payment succeeded, how their fraud screening rated it and the card’s last four digits. Carriers send each scan until the parcel is delivered, and all of it is kept with the order.

Each detail serves one order task

Every field has a job.

The shipping address and phone number get the parcel to the door. The email address carries the order confirmation, the shipping email and replies from the support team, while billing details let Stripe or PayPal take a payment or return it. Order records also serve tax and bookkeeping. ChantMantras sends no newsletter and no marketing email.

Buyer data is never sold

Selling personal information is not part of the business.

ChantMantras has never rented, traded or handed over a list of buyers, and has no plan to start.

AI models are not trained on buyer data

Buyer data stays out of AI training.

ChantMantras does not use personal information to train artificial intelligence models, and it does not sell or license that information to anyone who would.

Advertising platforms receive no buyer lists

No list leaves for advertising.

Emails, phone numbers and purchase histories are never uploaded to an ad platform, whether hashed or in plain text, and chantmantras.com carries no advertising pixel.

The partner in China sees shipping details only

The packing partner gets four pieces of information.

It receives the recipient’s name and phone number, the shipping address and a list of the dresses ordered, enough to pack and label the parcel and nothing more. The partner may use them for that task alone, and while they sit on servers in China, Chinese law governs them.

Five kinds of companies receive data

Each recipient gets only what its task requires.

The fulfillment partner packs orders. Delivery depends on the carriers, international and domestic, and they see the recipient’s contact details for that purpose. Stripe and PayPal, reached through a payment gateway service, receive billing details and the amount, and the email delivery service sends order and support messages. Visit logs and page-view counts go to the web host and to Cloudflare.

Courts and agencies can compel disclosure with a subpoena or a warrant; outside such an order, no government body receives buyer information.

Service providers receive three categories

California law requires these categories to be named.

Category Examples Who receives it
Identifiers name, email, phone, postal address partner, carriers, payment companies, email service
Commercial information dresses bought, amounts paid, refunds payment companies, partner
Internet activity IP address, browser, pages requested web host, Cloudflare

None of these categories is passed to a data broker or an advertising network.

Cookies run the cart and checkout

Three sources set cookies.

WooCommerce uses them to keep the cart and checkout working as a buyer moves between pages; the card form and PayPal’s window can set fraud-prevention cookies of their own; Cloudflare may set a short-lived one during a bot check. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, and that is the reason no cookie banner appears. A browser that sends Global Privacy Control is treated as having opted out.

HTTPS and hosted payment forms protect payments

The whole site runs on HTTPS.

Card numbers are typed into the payment gateway’s card form and PayPal logins stay on PayPal, so neither passes through ChantMantras. Access to order records is limited to the store’s own staff; the partner works from the shipping fields.

Georgia Code § 10-1-912 requires notice of a data breach, and ChantMantras would give that notice by email to every buyer affected.

Records are kept for set periods

Retention depends on the record:

Record Kept for
Orders and payments 7 years
Support emails and photos 3 years
Server logs 60 days

When a period ends, the data is deleted.

Buyers can see, correct or delete their data

These rights apply in every state.

A buyer can ask for a copy of what ChantMantras holds, a correction or a deletion by writing to contact@chantmantras.com or calling +1 (912) 559-0517. The support team confirms receipt within 3 business days and answers within 45 days, with one extension of 45 days, announced in advance, when a case needs it.

The request must come from the email or phone number used on the order; no ID document is asked for. Records that tax law requires are kept until their period runs out.

Refused requests can be appealed

Every refusal states its reason.

Replying to the refusal email opens an appeal, and ChantMantras decides it within 60 days.

California residents hold added rights

California adds rights by statute.

Residents there may know, access, correct and delete their personal information, opt out of its sale or sharing and limit the use of sensitive information, all without being treated differently for doing so. ChantMantras sells nothing, shares nothing for advertising and collects no sensitive information, so an opt-out changes nothing in practice, though every one is still logged. A single email to contact@chantmantras.com is enough, and it is recorded within 15 business days; the steps are on Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

Other state laws are handled the same way

Many states now have privacy laws.

In 2026 they include Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia. ChantMantras handles a request the same way whichever state it comes from.

Children under 13 are not served

The store sells to adults.

ChantMantras does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and if a parent finds that it has, a message to the support team gets the data deleted.

Linked sites follow their own rules

Carrier and PayPal pages are outside this policy.

The companies behind them publish their own privacy notices, and those notices apply once a link is followed.

The support team answers privacy questions

Privacy questions reach the support team at contact@chantmantras.com or +1 (912) 559-0517, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM ET; a privacy request is confirmed within 3 business days, any other message is answered within 1 business day, and the company’s business address is 173 River Birch Ln, Midway, GA 31320, United States.
