Listings describe each dress as the maker does
A listing repeats what the maker says about the dress.
Style, color, sizes, the fabric where the maker names one and, on 38 of the 45 listings, the maker’s size chart all come from the maker and the fulfillment partner. ChantMantras sells the dress as that listing describes it.
Colors and measurements can differ slightly
Small gaps are normal.
Monitors and phones render the same color in different ways, and a chart measured with the dress lying flat carries a tolerance of 0.5 to 1 inch (1 to 2.5 cm) in each direction. Seven listings show no chart at all, because the maker published no chart that fits the dress.
A gap larger than 1.5 inches (4 cm), or a color far from the photos, makes the dress not as described, and the Refund and Returns Policy sets out the remedy.
Delivery dates are estimates
The 15 to 18 business days quoted across the site are a forecast.
The count runs from the order day and can stretch when carriers, customs or the weather slow things down. A late parcel keeps every option listed in the Shipping Policy.
Size choice rests with the buyer
The size on the order is the buyer’s pick.
It is made with the maker’s chart in hand and, on styles that run small, the maker’s note. Care after delivery is also up to the buyer, so shrinking from a hot dryer or marks from bleach do not count as faults.
Liability stops at the price paid
The ceiling is the amount paid for the dress.
ChantMantras accepts no liability above that figure, and indirect losses are excluded to the extent the law allows.
Outside links lead to other companies
A link to a carrier or to PayPal leaves this site.
Those pages belong to the companies that run them, under their own terms, and ChantMantras has no control over them.
